Through the whims of magazine land, the arrival of new issues of Hobo has been hit or miss. Sometimes we have joked about just driving up to Vancouver and picking copies up directly from the folks who create and publish Hobo. The latest issue is here at Bulldog, a little late, but still good. You can find issue #12 in the Photography section.
One could argue that pop culture might be more suitable, but it seems happier in photography. Hobo's website has a fair amount of text from previous issues, most recently Sonic Youth, Jeanne Moreau, Ethan Hawke, Guy Maddin, and the one I would most have liked to see, Justine Kurland. Their blog, Hobo Journal, is heavy on photography and light on text.
